1.Who we are

2.Personal data we would collect
When the enquiry form is active, it asks for:
- your full name;
- your Singapore mobile number;
- your email address;
- the home type you are interested in; and
- your consent to be contacted.
We do not ask for your NRIC number or financial information through this form. In this preview, the form only checks what you type in your browser; nothing is sent.
3.How we would use it
- to respond to your enquiry about The Serra Residences;
- to send you floor plans, price information and preview details once released; and
- to arrange a viewing if you ask for one (a viewing request is not a confirmed appointment).
We would contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email only with your consent, and would check the Do Not Call Registry where it applies. You can withdraw consent at any time using the contact details above.
4.Consent, access and correction
Personal data would be handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting the operator. We would respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.

6.Embedded map (Google Maps)
The Location section embeds a Google Maps map, which loads content from Google when you view that section. Google may collect information such as your IP address and device details, and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy. We do not control that data. A link to open the location directly in Google Maps is also provided.
7.Cookies and analytics
This preview does not use analytics or advertising tracking. The site uses fonts and images served from its own files. If analytics or advertising pixels are added before launch, this section must be updated to describe them.
8.Retention and protection
A live operator would keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and would take reasonable security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Specific retention periods must be set by the live operator.
